Privacy notice

Effective August 20, 2026. This notice describes the limited data used by the free SoyaOS Cloud Public Preview.

What SoyaOS keeps

• Your GitHub numeric user ID, login, display name and encrypted Portal session.
• API Key identifiers, prefixes and one-way HMAC digests. Raw keys are shown once.
• For 24 hours: request ID, tenant and Key IDs, model, timestamps, latency, status, token counts and normalized error code.

Inference content

Prompts and generated responses are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to perform inference. SoyaOS does not persist those bodies in D1 or request traces. Do not submit secrets, regulated data or content that requires a guaranteed residency region.

Location and deletion

The control-data primary currently runs in Cloudflare's Western North America region (WNAM). Requests may be processed on Cloudflare's managed network; the Preview makes no data-residency commitment. Trace metadata expires after 24 hours. You can revoke keys at any time; account deletion requests can be filed in the public developer-portal repository.

This Preview is not intended for sensitive or production-regulated workloads.
